Manchester Fort Shopping Park

Freemont fitted out the shopping park management suite and undertook all the jumbo stud partition walls for the individual retail units such as Next, TK Maxx and Borders. Each partition wall was reinforced with metal lining and acoustic boarding to ensure sound integrity and security. We provided all the fire protection within the steel frame structures. We provided a joinery service and fitted out the Manchester Fort management suite.      

Warner Brothers, Manchester Arndale Centre

Dividing the large Warner Brothers unit at Manchester’s Arndale Centre into two smaller ones for a Starbucks and The Little Bear Company meant that Freemont had to work around the clock to minimise the impact on other retailers and ensure both stores were up and running for the Christmas trading season.

Freemont provided structural modifications and a new extension to a city centre office block providing a new retail/restaurant unit.   We structurally modified an existing ground floor office block and extended the ground floor to create a new restaurant unit which included a hand-made, feature oak elevation and glazed curtain walling and, external decking area with a glazed hand rail.    

Arndale North Development

The Arndale Northern Development scheme required a fit out contractor who could access all their areas of work through an existing live NCP car park. The project was undertaken over 3 phases, totalling 59 weeks. The works were accessed across 14 levels of the existing NCP car park on Manchester’s busy high street.
